The Disappearance of the work of art

Abstract

The thought regime behind the work of art set by philosophy in order to think about art from a creative and sacred perspective is increasingly becoming a minority. This idea of the work of art is condemned to obliteration, due to the artistic practices of the 20th century. However, it may also be identified with the philosophical reflection that confronts art with other issues and not just with the work of art. This occurs in two main directions: the reference to the artistic proposals that remits art to language and resource to experience that converts the artist into a man who follows a path of experimentations.
