Credibilidade do conteúdo da informação em tempos de fake news: caso Comunidade de Madrid

Resumo

Esta pesquisa explora as atitudes para o consumo de informação a fim de determinar os elementos que configuram a credibilidade das notícias e captar os argumentos sobre o grau de confiança na mídia jornalística e em notícias online provenientes de outras fontes. Foram organizados 4 grupos de discussão com paridade entre homens e mulheres, com estrutura socioeconômica média, residentes na Comunidade Autônoma de Madrid, e usuários frequentes da internet. Segundo os resultados, a confiança em um meio é o principal fator para avaliar se uma notícia é confiável. Os participantes conhecem asfake news na rede, que associam com intencionalidade e que eles localizam principalmente nas redes sociais. Também se conclui que a desconfiança das notícias é combatida contrastando informação em vários meios de comunicação, o que favorece uma dieta informativa diversificada.

Tamara Vázquez-Barrio, Universidad San Pablo CEU

Professora da Universidade CEU San Pablo. Participa em projetos do Plano Nacional PD&I desde 2004. É pesquisadora principal do Grupo DoxaCom e do projeto do Plano Nacional nomeado Das audiências televisivas as redes sociais: convergência de mídia na sociedade digital (CSO2016-74980- C2-1-R). Suas pesquisas centram-se em comunicação digital, populismo e bagunça informativa. É editora científica da Revista Doxa Comunicação e secretaria acadêmica do programa de doutorado em Comunicação Social da CEINDO.

Teresa Torrecilllas-Lacave, Universidad San Pablo CEU

Bacharelada em Jornalismo (1999-2004) pela Universidade San Pablo CEU, doutora em Jornalismo pela mesma instituição, acreditada como professora contratada doutora por ANECA (2012), ela tem doze anos de pesquisa (CNEAI) período 2007-2013 e 2014-2019. Professora de Produção de Ambientes Digitais, diretora do departamento de Jornalismo e Narrativas Digitais, membro da Comissão Acadêmica do Programa de Doutorado em Comunicação Social, CEINDO e membro do Comitê Editorial de Doxa Comunicação, revista científica. Pesquisadora da equipe consolidada DoxaCom.

Rebeca Suárez-Álvarez, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos

Professora assistente doutora do departamento de Ciências da Comunicação e Sociologia da Universidade Rey Juan Carlos (URJC) e doutora em Comunicação Social na Universidade CEU San Pablo. Suas pesquisas focam-se na convergência midiática, as fake news, no público vulnerável (menores) e os meios digitais. Pesquisadora no projeto das audiências televisivas às redes sociais: convergência de meios na sociedade digital (CSO2016-74980- C2-1-R), y membro do grupo de pesquisa GICOMSOC da URJC.
